Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Your continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Scope

These Terms cover use of the public website, contact and newsletter forms, and complimentary Discovery Call bookings. They do not govern paid consulting services. Paid work is subject to a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal (collectively, “Engagement Agreement”) that will control for that engagement.

Use of site

You may use the site to learn about our services, read blog content, subscribe to our newsletter, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to us
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the site
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the site at scale or in a manner that burdens our infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of the site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Discovery Call

The complimentary Discovery Call is a brief introductory session to discuss your needs and see if we are a mutual fit. It is informational only. No formal advisory relationship or confidentiality obligation arises from the Discovery Call unless we separately agree in writing. If you share confidential or sensitive information before an Engagement Agreement is in place, you do so at your own discretion.

Discovery Call bookings are made through a third-party calendar provider (such as Calendly). That provider's terms and privacy policy also apply to your booking.

Paid services

Paid consulting services — including private sessions, group labs, team workshops, audits, and retainers — are governed by a separate Engagement Agreement. That agreement will specify scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, confidentiality, and other material terms for the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement controls for that specific engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, design, code, and blog posts — is owned by West Chester AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the site without our prior written permission.

Blog posts may be shared with proper attribution and a link back to the original post. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, contact us at hello@westchesterai.org.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the content. Blog posts, articles, and other materials on the site are for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

Do not rely on information from the site as a substitute for professional consultation. If you need specific advice for a business decision, we encourage you to book a session or engage us under an Engagement Agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Chester AI and its owner, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the site exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).

This limitation does not apply to paid services delivered under a separate Engagement Agreement, which will have its own liability and indemnity terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we may also provide notice on the site or by email when appropriate.
